Cancellation Policy

ClarityVanguard Interview Coaching – Terms & Conditions 1. Session Duration & Delivery Each Interview Boost session lasts 45 minutes and is delivered via Zoom. Clients are responsible for joining on time. Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival. 2. Booking & Payment Full payment (£85) is required at the time of booking to secure your slot. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice via the booking link. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. If you miss your session without notice, no refund or reschedule will be offered. 4. Preparation Requirements To get the most from the session, you must complete the short pre-session form at least 24 hours in advance. If this is not received in time, the session will still go ahead — but may be less tailored to your goals. 5. Post-Session Support You’ll receive a brief email summary within 24 hours of your session. You may submit one rewritten interview answer for a single-line review within 48 hours of the session (optional, included). 6. Confidentiality & Professionalism Your CV, job spec, and all personal details will remain strictly confidential. ClarityVanguard reserves the right to refuse service if a client behaves in a way that is inappropriate, abusive, or unprofessional. 7. Results Disclaimer This session provides expert support and practical guidance, but we cannot guarantee interview success. Outcomes depend on your own preparation, performance, and the employer’s decision-making. 8. Follow-Up Offers You’ll be eligible for £30 off CV Deluxe package if booked within 14 days of your coaching session.
